1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Noordharna.com The Website is owned and operated by Noor Dharna PVT LTD a company duly incorporated under the [Companies Act, 2013 / Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008], having its registered office at Delhi, India ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our", "Noor Dharna"). Noor Dharna is in the business of designing, crafting and selling luxury and couture apparel, accessories and allied lifestyle products.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Made-to-Order & Sizing Policy, and Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern your access to and use of the Website, whether as a registered user or a guest ("you", "your", "User", "Client", "Customer").
This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, including the amended provisions relating to electronic records. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
By accessing the Website, registering an account, or clicking "Accept", "Continue", "Place Order" or "Buy Now", you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website. This Agreement is deemed concluded at Delhi, India.
2. Right to Change
Noor Dharna reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and takes effect immediately on posting. We encourage you to review this Agreement each time you use the Website or place an order, as continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 By using the Website, you represent that you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are at least 18 years of age. Noor Dharna reserves the right to terminate any account and refuse access if it discovers, or has reason to believe, that a user is under 18.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information at registration and checkout. Noor Dharna may suspend, restrict or terminate access to any account on reasonable suspicion that the information provided is false, inaccurate or incomplete, or that the Agreement has otherwise been breached.
3.3 As a condition of purchase, you consent to receive transactional and, where you have opted in, promotional communications by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us, without affecting transactional communications relating to your order.
4. Products, Descriptions and Colour
4.1 Our pieces are hand-crafted using natural and hand-woven textiles, hand embroidery, zardozi, and traditional surface techniques. Minor irregularities in weave, print alignment, embroidery and bead placement, and finishing are inherent to handcraft and are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
4.2 We make every reasonable effort to display colours, textures and finishes accurately; however, actual appearance may vary owing to your screen calibration, lighting conditions, and the natural variation of hand-dyed and hand-loomed fabric. Such variation is not a valid ground for return, exchange or refund.
4.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, weights, dimensions, fabric composition and other content are accurate, but do not warrant that they are wholly error-free. Sizing is indicative; please refer to our size guide and our Made-to-Order & Sizing Policy before ordering.
5. Pricing, Orders and Payment
5.1 All prices are listed in [INR/currency] and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices, taxes and applicable duties are subject to change without notice; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
5.2 International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These are over and above the product price and shipping charge, and are payable solely by the customer. Noor Dharna has no control over and is not responsible for these charges.
5.3 Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy, which Noor Dharna may accept or decline at its sole discretion, including after an order is placed (for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of fabric/craft capacity). Where an accepted order is later cancelled by us, any payment received will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
5.4 Payments are processed through third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. Noor Dharna is not responsible for errors, delays or failures caused by the payment gateway or your bank.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges. Domestic shipping within India is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees on international shipments are payable by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
7.3 Delivery timelines (post-dispatch). Domestic: approximately [3–7] business days. International: approximately [7–15] business days, subject to customs clearance. These are estimates; once handed to the courier, delivery is governed by the courier's timelines and may be affected by customs, weather, strikes or remote-area logistics beyond our control.
7.4 Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Noor Dharna is not responsible for delay, mis delivery or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by you.
7.5 Tracking. A courier name and tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
7. Returns, Exchange, Refunds and Cancellation
Each Noor Dharna creation is individually hand-crafted, and most pieces are made to order against your specific measurements and choices. Accordingly, orders are final sale once confirmed, and we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons of personal preference, colour perception, fit (where measurements were customer-supplied), or natural handcraft variation as described in Clauses 4 and 6.
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, or a product different from what you ordered, write to us at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs/video, and a description of the issue. Claims raised after this window will not qualify for a remedy, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection law.
8. Account, User Conduct and Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Website to host, upload, publish or transmit any content that:
You are solely responsible and liable for any content you submit and for any violation of this clause, and Noor Dharna bears no responsibility for the same.
10. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
10.1 All content on the Website — including designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, the Noor Dharna name and mark, layout, source code and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of Noor Dharna or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark and design law as a collective and original work.
10.2 You may view, and download or print solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent. No ownership rights are transferred to you by such download.
10.4 Noor Dharna's name, logo and marks may not be used by any third party without our prior written authorisation.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect your personal information, and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
12.1 The Website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in this Agreement or as required by applicable law.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noor Dharna's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. Noor Dharna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of opportunity (e.g. a wedding or event date) arising from delay, except where such delay is solely and directly attributable to Noor Dharna's gross negligence.
12.3 Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
14.2 [Choose one and delete the other:] (a) Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. (b) Any dispute shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation, failing which it shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by Noor Dharna, seated at Delhi, in the English language, with the courts at Delhi having exclusive supervisory jurisdiction.
15. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules thereunder, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are published below:

Made-to-Order, Sizing & Customisation Policy
Much of what we create is made to order — a deliberate choice that honours our textiles, reduces waste, and lets us tailor each piece to you. This policy explains how it works.
1. How made-to-order works
You place your order and, where required, share your measurements as guided in our size chart.
Our atelier sources the fabric and begins cutting, embroidery and construction for your piece.
Your piece is finished, quality-checked and dispatched within the lead time shown on the product page.
2. Sizing and measurements
We offer standard sizes [XS–XXL / your range] and, on selected styles, made-to-measure. For the best fit, please follow our size guide and, for made-to-measure, provide accurate measurements taken by a professional tailor. We craft to the measurements you provide; we cannot take responsibility for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer. Minor complimentary alterations may be available on a case-by-case basis; please ask before ordering. Alterations carried out by a third party will void any fit-related remedy.
3. Customisation
Selected designs can be customised — for example, colourway, sleeve or hemline, or embellishment level. Customisation requests are confirmed in writing along with any change in price and lead time before production begins. Customised pieces are final sale.
4. The nature of handcraft
Our pieces celebrate hand-loomed textiles, hand embroidery, natural dyes and traditional surface techniques. Slight variations in weave, colour, motif placement and finish are inherent to handmade clothing and are a signature of authenticity rather than a flaw. No two hand-crafted pieces are ever exactly alike.
5. Care & craftsmanship
Dry clean only, unless the care label states otherwise. Entrust embellished and embroidered pieces to a specialist.
Store in a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight, moisture and perfume / deodorant contact.
Avoid contact with sharp jewellery and rough surfaces that may snag delicate fabric or zardozi / thread work.
Gently steam rather than iron directly over embroidery; iron inside-out on low heat where needed.
Orders & made-to-order
Are your pieces ready-made or made to order?
Both. Some styles are ready to ship, while many are made to order and crafted specially for you. Each product page tells you which it is, along with the expected timeline.
How long will my order take?
Made-to-order pieces take approximately [4–8] weeks to craft, depending on the design and embroidery. Bespoke timelines are confirmed at the time of order.
Can I customise a design?
On selected styles, yes — for example colour, certain proportions, or embellishment level. Email us at noordharnaofficial@gmail.com and we will confirm what is possible, along with any change in price and lead time. Customised pieces are final sale.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size guide on each product page. For made-to-measure styles, we recommend measurements taken by a professional tailor. We craft to the measurements you share with us.
Do you offer alterations?
Alterations may be possible on a case-by-case basis — please ask before ordering. Alterations done elsewhere will affect our ability to offer fit-related remedies.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you the courier and tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
As most pieces are made-to-order, reflecting a bespoke approach to design, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges on garments or accessories once an order has been confirmed. Please see our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within [48 hours] of delivery at [hello@Noordharna.com] with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. If verified, we will repair, replace or otherwise make it right at no cost to you.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?
Our garments are hand-crafted from hand-loomed, naturally dyed textiles with hand embroidery, so slight variations in colour, weave and motif placement are natural and a mark of authenticity. Screens can also display colour differently.
Care
How should I care for my garment?
Dry clean only unless the label says otherwise, store in a breathable garment bag away from sunlight and moisture, keep perfume and sharp jewellery away from embroidery, and steam rather than iron directly over embellished areas.
